Plans change. Here is exactly what happens if yours do.
- 7+ days beforeCancel 7 or more days before your class for a full refund.
- Within 7 daysBookings aren't refundable, but you can transfer your place to a friend, or move to another date once if the host has space.
- Team & privateTeam and private bookings follow the terms set out in your quote, agreed before you confirm.
More flexible hosts
Some hosts offer more generous terms. When they do, it's shown on the class page and again before you pay, and the more generous terms apply.
