Each guest paints one azulejo tile by hand using traditional pigments, then toasts with a mimosa made with Portuguese sparkling wine and tastes a pastel de nata. The tiles are fired overnight so everyone has a keepsake the next day.
An artist explains the technique and helps with designs while the group paints and sips. The tiles can be collected the following day from the shop next door.
