What you do

At a jeweller's bench you learn the real process. You measure your finger, cut a strip of sterling silver and texture it with hammers or stamps if you like, then bend it round, solder the join with a small torch and shape it on a mandrel. Filing, sanding and polishing bring it to a shine. The host demonstrates each step and keeps a close eye on the torch work, so complete beginners can do it safely.

What you take home

A sterling silver ring you made, sized to fit and polished to the finish you chose.

Who it suits

Couples, small teams and client experiences with a premium feel. Bench places set the group size, so bigger groups split across sessions.
