Privaatsuspoliitika

Lühidalt

Workshopola haldaja on Whph Global Corp, kes vastutab selles poliitikas kirjeldatud isikuandmete töötlemise eest. Kogume andmeid, mille sa ise meile annad, näiteks nime, e-posti aadressi ja telefoninumbri, ning lisaks põhilisi kasutusandmeid. Kasutame neid turuplatsi toimimiseks, sulle vastamiseks ja broneeringupäringute edastamiseks töötoa korraldajale. Sinu isikuandmeid me ei müü.

Juriidiliselt siduv on ingliskeelne versioon.

Mida me kogume

We collect the information you give us — such as your name, email and phone number when you request a booking, buy a gift card, send a team-building enquiry, contact us or create an account — and basic usage data that helps us improve the site, like which classes and workshops are popular.

Kuidas me andmeid kasutame

We use your information to operate the marketplace, respond to your messages and enquiries, pass booking requests to the host running the class, process bookings and gift cards, and send service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data.

When you request a booking, we share the details needed to run the session (such as your name, contact details, group size, preferred date and any notes you add) with the host of that class.

Küpsised

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and optional analytics to understand how it's used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Sinu lemmikute nimekiri

Saved classes are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, unless you create an account. Clearing your browser storage removes them.

Sinu õigused

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to its use or opt out of marketing at any time. Email privacy@workshopola.com and we'll respond within the time the law allows.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
