This private perfume creation masterclass for up to 2 people is a two-hour, by-appointment session with world-renowned Mindy Yang. It is a personal, white-glove experience in which the scent is built around you.
A bespoke perfume. The format you leave with depends on your preference and the materials chosen: a 100 ml eau de toilette, a 50 ml eau de parfum, a 30 ml parfum extrait, or a 10 ml pure perfume in oil.
You begin by smelling raw materials from around the world while the perfumer assesses your preferences. Together, you then blend a scent that fits you. Sessions take place by appointment, either in the city or on a historic private farm estate upstate in the Hudson Valley, and the studio asks for two weeks' notice. Let the team know about allergies, dietary needs or if you prefer to avoid alcohol.
