This pasta cooking class in Florence is a three-hour, small-group session for no more than twelve people, led by chefs who trained in Michelin-level kitchens.
You prepare fresh pasta, traditional sauces and classic recipes yourself, then sit down together to eat a full meal of what you cooked.
Local red and white Tuscan wines are poured throughout the session. Afterwards you receive recipes from the school's cookbook by email and keep the apron.
Couples, solo travellers, families and small groups. No cooking experience is needed.
