Terms of service

Last updated Ekim 2026

These are Workshopola's current terms of service. Workshopola is operated by Whph Global Corp, 42 Broadway, Suite 12-677, New York, NY 10004, United States. If anything here is unclear, or you'd like a copy for your records, email hello@workshopola.com.

In short

Workshopola is an online marketplace operated by Whph Global Corp: we provide the platform, and the classes are run by the independent hosts who list them, so once a booking is confirmed your agreement for the class is with the host. You see the price and the cancellation terms that apply before you pay, and team and private group bookings are confirmed in writing first. Hosts are responsible for their listings and must own, or have the rights to, everything they publish, including photos. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without taking away the mandatory consumer protections where you live.

The English version is legally binding.

1. About Workshopola

Workshopola is an online marketplace, operated by Whph Global Corp (42 Broadway, Suite 12-677, New York, NY 10004, United States), that connects people and companies anywhere in the world with independent hosts — studios, makers and instructors — who run in-person classes, workshops and team-building sessions. We provide the platform; the classes themselves are run by the hosts who list them.

2. Using the platform

You agree to use Workshopola only for lawful purposes and not to misuse listings, reviews, or hosts' contact details. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.

3. Bookings and payments

When you request a booking, the host confirms availability, final pricing and any session details such as group size, venue and materials. Once a booking is confirmed, you enter into an agreement with the host for the class itself. You will see the price and the applicable cancellation terms before you pay.

Team-building and private group bookings are confirmed in writing, including the price, before anything is booked.

4. Listings and content

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Listings are shown publicly only after the host has approved them, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current. If something looks wrong, please let us know.

5. Liability

Workshopola is not the operator of any class and is not liable for the sessions hosts provide, including the venue, equipment and materials used. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is offered on an “as is” basis.

6. Host responsibilities & content ownership

When you claim, create, or publish a listing as a host, you confirm that you run — or are authorised to represent — the class or studio, and that every detail you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

You warrant that you own, or hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions to use, all content in your listing — including every photograph and image. You will not upload images you do not have the right to use. You grant Workshopola a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display that content on the platform and in related marketing.

You accept full responsibility and liability for your listing, its content, and the classes you run, and you agree to indemnify and hold Workshopola harmless against any claim, loss, or cost — including image, copyright, or intellectual-property claims, and claims arising from the class itself — that results from your content or your running of the class.

7. Claiming a listing: your images and previews

Before you claim, we do not publish your photos publicly. Any claim preview we show you is a blurred, low-resolution version for identification only — so you can recognise your class — and we store only that derivative, never your original images, until you claim.

When you claim, you confirm that the listing images are yours (or you upload your own), and you grant Workshopola a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (including resizing and optimising), publish, and display that content to operate, market, and promote the platform and your listing — for as long as it is on the platform, plus a reasonable backup and legal-retention period.

You represent and warrant that you own or are licensed to use all content you confirm or upload, including every image, that it infringes no third-party rights, and that you hold any necessary releases for people or property shown. Images you reject, and images on listings that are never claimed, are deleted. You indemnify Workshopola against claims arising from your content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
