Popular questions

Can you organise a class for our whole team?

Yes, for any team size and in any city. Tell us your headcount, city, date or window and any budget per head. Within one working day we reply with options, each with the studio or host, what people make and the per-person price as the host states it.

Does Workshopola add booking or service fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. We never add a per-booking surcharge on top of the host's price, and using the site is free. Our costs are covered by a commission the host agrees to, not by a fee passed on to you.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel 7 or more days before your class for a full refund. Within 7 days, bookings aren't refundable, but you can transfer your place to a friend or move to another date once if the host has space. Team and private bookings follow the terms in your quote. Some hosts offer more flexible terms; if so, they are shown on the class page and on the booking screen before you confirm.

I received an invitation to claim my classes — what is that?

We found your classes listed publicly online and prepared a private preview of them. Your invitation includes a link and a short PIN. Entering them shows you the preview, where you can change anything, then approve it or decline it in one click. Nothing goes live under your name without your approval.

What's included in the price?

Each class page lists what the host includes, such as materials, tools, an apron, drinks or food, and what you take home. Anything not included is noted too, so there are no surprises when you arrive.

Do I need any experience?

Many classes are made for complete beginners, and some are aimed at people who already know the basics. The class page shows the skill level the host has set. If you're unsure, ask us before booking and we'll check with the host.
