Who runs the classes?
Every class is run by a real, identifiable studio or instructor, and each listing is approved by that host before it appears. Many listings link to the host's own website.
Are the reviews genuine?
We only show first-party feedback from real bookings, and we never pass off another company's ratings as our own. If a class doesn't have reviews on Workshopola yet, we show none rather than borrow numbers from elsewhere.
Where does listing information come from?
From the host's own public website, rewritten in our own words, and then checked and approved by the host. The sourcing page explains how we find and use public business information.
How do I report a problem?
If something isn't right with a class, a host or a booking, tell us through the contact page with as much detail as you can. We reply within one working day.
