What you do

A chocolatier starts with a tasting, so you learn what makes good chocolate and where its flavours come from. Then it is hands on: tempering chocolate for that snap and shine, rolling ganache into truffles and coating them, or filling moulds and decorating bars with nuts, fruit and spices. It is a sweet, sociable session with plenty of tasting along the way, and everyone has a different idea of the perfect topping.

What you take home

A box of truffles or bars you made, wrapped to take home or give away.

Who it suits

Christmas parties, client gifts and teams who want something indulgent but alcohol-free. It travels well to offices and event spaces.
