Gin blending
Explore juniper and botanicals, then blend and bottle a gin to your own recipe.

What you do
Gin is juniper plus whatever the maker fancies, and in this session the maker is you. A distiller or gin expert talks you through the classic botanicals, from coriander and angelica to citrus peel and pink pepper, with tastings along the way. Then you build your own recipe, either by blending botanical distillates or, at some distilleries, by loading a small copper still. You name your gin, bottle it and finish with a perfect serve.
What you take home
A bottle of gin made to your own recipe, labelled with the name you gave it.
