Zero-proof cocktail class
All the shaking and garnishing of a cocktail class, with drinks everyone can enjoy.

What you do
A bartender shows you how to build flavour without alcohol: fresh citrus, shrubs and syrups, herbs and spice, bitterness from tea or tonic, and plenty of texture and fizz. You shake, stir and garnish three or four drinks, learning the same techniques as in a classic cocktail class, and taste how small changes in balance make a big difference. It is lively, social and inclusive, so nobody is left holding a lime soda while everyone else has fun.
What you take home
Recipes for drinks you can make for anyone, any time, and the know-how to invent your own.
Who it suits
Mixed teams, daytime events, new-joiner welcomes and wellbeing weeks: any group where not everyone drinks. Easy to set up in an office.
