Workshopola의 운영사인 Whph Global Corp에서 이 방침에 설명된 개인정보를 관리합니다. 이름, 이메일, 전화번호처럼 회원님이 직접 알려 주신 정보와 기본적인 이용 데이터를 수집하며, 마켓플레이스 운영, 문의 답변, 클래스 호스트에게 예약 요청을 전달하는 데 사용합니다. 개인정보는 판매하지 않습니다. 저장한 클래스는 계정을 만들기 전까지 회원님의 브라우저에만 보관됩니다. 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한, 이동을 요청하시거나 마케팅 수신을 거부하시려면 privacy@workshopola.com로 이메일을 보내 주세요.

수집하는 정보

We collect the information you give us — such as your name, email and phone number when you request a booking, buy a gift card, send a team-building enquiry, contact us or create an account — and basic usage data that helps us improve the site, like which classes and workshops are popular.

정보 이용 방법

We use your information to operate the marketplace, respond to your messages and enquiries, pass booking requests to the host running the class, process bookings and gift cards, and send service-related updates. We do not sell your personal data.

When you request a booking, we share the details needed to run the session (such as your name, contact details, group size, preferred date and any notes you add) with the host of that class.

Saved classes are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers, unless you create an account. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
