This is a cooking class designed for groups, led by a professional chef and lasting two to three hours. You pick the cuisine and the team cooks its own meal.
Between one and three courses, depending on the format you choose. The cuisine can be Mediterranean, Spanish, French, Indian, Chinese or Thai, and each one is taught by a cook who knows that style. At the end the group sits down to eat what it prepared.
The chef introduces the dishes and the basic techniques, then the group works through the recipes together in a fully equipped kitchen. The format is built to be a little competitive and very collaborative, so everyone has a task and nobody watches from the side. A drinks package can be added on request.
Colleagues, friends and family groups who like food and want a shared project. Kitchen skills are not required, and the hosts say they can arrange a junior version for children.
