This single malt whisky tasting is led by an experienced host and comes to your office or a venue near you. The group works through five single malts together and finds out not only what each one tastes like, but why.
Every guest tastes five whiskies. Your host opens with a short introduction to whisky, its story and how it is made, then explains how the region it comes from, the climate and the barrel shape the flavour. You learn to look at, nose and taste a dram step by step, so you can describe what you find with confidence.
After the introduction the tasting begins, one whisky at a time. Between pours there is time for questions and for comparing notes, so favourites and surprises get talked through rather than simply sipped.
No prior knowledge is needed: first-time single malt drinkers are as welcome as seasoned fans hoping to widen their palate. It suits team socials, client evenings and celebrations. Guests must be 18 or over.
The tasting is booked privately for groups of 10 or more, and smaller groups can ask us for a quote. Tell us your date, headcount and location and we will arrange a host for your city.
